On the 13th of October 2022, KCLR visited our school as a part of the "Packed Lunch School Tour". We had 1 hour to fit in as many as possible genres in that hour. Everyone was nervous.

They arrived in their KCLR van and then the nerves really hit.There were 3 main genres. Active Schools ,Green Schools and Miscellaneous. In Active Schools, they talked about how you can stay active in school and at home. The 5 people who were on for Active Schools were Jack, Allie, Emma, Elliot and Max.

Then we had the Green Schools. Green Schools talked about how you can save energy. There were 5 people for the Green Schools. They were Éire, Leah(myself), Eva, Teegan and Kian.

Then in the miscellaneous section there were 5 people also. They were Maeve, Catherine, Zara, Conor and Creah. Mrs Dolan started off by saying a few words then they got on to the pupils. Maeve said a thank you to Ms Murray as she was leaving the school. Catherine told them about sign language and Lámh Leaders. Zara did a piece about coding and Creah and Conor explained what Cumann na mBunscol is.
