The children in Ms Clare's 4th & 5th class have been busy constructing some summer flowers lately, using lots of paint, paper & cardboard egg cartons!
Firstly, they painted 3 A4 pages 3 different colours and used one page to cut out petals for the flower, one page to cut out the leaves and then used the last page to act as a background for their flowers.
After that, they positioned their petals and leaves before cutting out a base of an egg container, painted it and placed it in the centre of their flowers using push pins/glue.
The children really enjoyed constructing these!
Look at how well they turned out!
