Last Wednesday, 25^th of September, our athletics team travelled to the annual St. Laurence O’Toole Cross Country for Primary Schools in Carlow Hurling Grounds.

Well done to our 48 strong team who all started and finished their own respective race which was the goal at the outset! Unfortunately, the weather was not in our favour on the day but a great day nonetheless.

A special mention to our 3 medal winners, Oskaras in 4^th Class and Sara in 5^th Class who placed 8^th in their races against stiff competition. Congratulations to Christopher in 6^th Class who placed 7^th in his race. We also had some excellent placings by the boys and girls in all the races.
