During Seachtain na Gaeilge, 10 pupils had a very important role to play!
Seachtain na Gaeilge events returned to Ballyconnell NS this year, and, leading the festivities, were 10 of our 5th and 6th class students.
Each morning, our Ambasadóirí, went from classroom to classroom, teaching each class the ‘Frása an Lae’ (see full liosta below).
All of the teachers commented on how confident our Ambasadóirí were in speaking as Gaeilge while they taught their designated class their phrase each morning.
Míle buíochas lénár nAmbasadóirí go léir – Molly Ní Bhulguir, Conor de Buitléir, Cathal Ó Laoire, Leah Weekes, Croí-Lily Ní Dhuíginn, Lúcás Hilliard, Lúcás Ó Conchúir, Éilis Nic Chárthaigh, Chloe Ní Luain agus Órlaith Ní Fhearaíl!
