    Halloween Season in Ms Clare’s 4th & 5th class

    Halloween season has officially arrived in Ms Clare’s 4th & 5th class and what’s Halloween without a scary, eerie Frankenstein craft?! 

    On Friday 23rd October, right before the students finished up for their midterm break, the boys and girls in Ms Clare’s class were busy creating their very own Frankenstein art craft! This project only required a simple step-by-step instruction page, some black sugar paper and some creative colouring skills! 

    As you can already tell from the images below, the children really enjoyed completing this activity! Didn’t they turn out great?!

    Joanna Donnelly Visit to Ballyconnell School

    On the 1st of October it was National Tree Day, Joanna Donnelly planted a tree at the front of the school with some of the members of our Parents Association.

    GOAL Jersey Day October 10th 2025

    Ballyconnell NS took part in GOAL Jersey Day for the 5th time. Sixth class led GOAL Jersey Day on Friday October 10th. We raised €375.75! Míle buíochas to everyone who contributed so generously.

    Ballyconnell Hall Projects 2025

    4 th class have spent the year in St Mary’s Hall. They thought it a good idea to find out a little bit more about this important building in our parish and to share what they learned with their school mates.
