Each year, one boy and one girl are chosen from each primary school in Carlow to attend the INTO Mini-Sevens Blitz in Fenagh Centre of Excellence. One lucky boy and girl from the blitz then get chosen to play in Croke Park at half-time in either the All-Ireland Semi-Final or Final – what an honour that is!
Our representatives this year were Sarah Keogh and Luke O’Connor. Sarah and Luke both enjoyed their day out immensely and relished the chance to pit themselves against the most talented players in Carlow.
